It's the happiest time of the year, and last week we were lucky enough to get to visit the happiest place on earth! Yes - DisneyWorld!
Thanks to the generosity of our Edwards family relatives, we were able to spend the day at Disney last Wednesday during our little trip to the beach. It was all very spontaneous and a great surprise.
The unusual cold snap didn't keep us from having a great time at both the Animal Kingdom AND the Magic Kingdom.
As you can see in the photos below - Elizabeth was in shock and awe! She barely said anything all day.
And - it was decorated beautifully for Christmas.
This next view cracked me up. Disney could also be known as "stroller heaven," thanks to the hundreds parked here outside the carousel.
Here are some more 'characters.' It looks like she's being photographed against her will, but I promised she begged for the photo opp every time she saw a "character!"
Earlier in the day - Elizabeth was not so sure about Mickey.
You might be wondering where little Blake was during our Disney visit. Due to the cold weather and long day, we opted to leave him with Mimi and GP back at the beach condo where it was MUCH warmer and cozier. I cannot imagine dragging a young infant through Disney and we were so grateful he had a peaceful day! We will have to return when both kids are a little older!
Here he is cuddling with proud big sister. He lights up whenever she is nearby.
Blake will be four months old on Christmas Eve, which seems SO OLD!
