It really is the most wonderful time of the year!
The day after Thanksgiving, Elizabeth woke up and said "Let's decorate!" So- the house is almost all decorated for Christmas. We just need to pull down our Christmas tree plates and have Daddy install the outdoor lights.
Elizabeth loves playing with her Fisher Price manger, and I'm sure Blake will join her one day!
Here are some early pics....we made a visit to see Priscilla the Pink Pig - an Atlanta tradition. Last year, Onnie bought Elizabeth a Priscilla stuffed pig, who has turned out to be a favorite. While we were at Macy's a few weeks ago, we saw signs for Priscilla's next holiday appearance, and Elizabeth just HAD to go! And while we were at the mall, we saw a lonely Santa, and just had to have our picture made with him.
So what if our Christmas clothes were at home? LOL.
Elizabeth initially did NOT want to sit on Santa's lap, but she reconsidered with the offer to have her stuffed pig join her. Look how she serious she looks! And look how blue Blake's eyes are with his blue sweater suit on (gift from Jack and Josie!)
If you really zoom in, you'll see that Elizabeth is wearing her smocked 'pig' dress in honor of Priscilla. :-) The Macy's people went crazy over it, and took photos, lol.
