We love our new pediatrician. She operates a small practice just six miles from our house, and she is an adoptive mom as well.
She did a "well baby" check-up on Elizabeth and said, "You can't improve on perfection." We have to agree! Elizabeth now weighs seven pounds, 15 ounces! She is a growing girl, and is thriving.
She eats about 2-3 ounces every 2-3 hours, and the pediatrician said that was great.
Elizabeth also had her first bath on Sunday morning, with lots of help from Nana and Mimi. She cried a little bit at first, but then enjoyed the warm water and the special "hammock" in her baby bath. She enjoyed bathing, but was glad to have mom dry her off and give her a bottle right away. Then she slept the rest of the afternoon!

Aunt Annie arrives tonight, and we can't wait!! She's already met her Uncle Nate. Now all Elizabeth will need is her Uncle Sean and Aunt Aimee to fly in from California. Hurry, aunt and uncles! I am growing quickly!!
