Where has the time gone? We are now into the new year, recovering from all the wonderful "busyness" of Christmas and the holidays.Blake will soon be 17 months old and is starting to "talk" up a storm -- He can say "mama," dada, "Ayeee," for "Ellie," and BUDDY (his favorite word) for our dog. And of course, BALL is still his favorite word. Walking through the grocery store, he will wave wildly at the produce stand --- all the apples and orange are "BALLS." He loves making car noises, blowing kisses, "dancing" to music. He is definitely ALL boy -- speaking of cars - he will get excited to notice sports cars in the church parking lot - pointing wildly and saying "Vrooom vroom!"
Elizabeth still loves her role as big sister. She is staying busy in preschool, and also has been enjoying Monday morning gymnastics, and Wednesday evening "Cubbies" classes at church. (I am the teacher for her class, which has been somewhat hilarious).
We had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Christmas was spent "at home," and between Santa and our grandparents, aunts and uncles we were all sure spoiled.
