We shouldn't have been too surprised at all the growth because he has been eating voraciously - up to 4 oz, in many cases! He definitely likes the Similac Advanced that they started him on in the hospital.
(Apparently formula has been updated and upgraded since Elizabeth was an infant- apparently they all have "prebiotics" in them to make it even more like breast milk...and apparently the diapers are even more like breast-fed babies, according to our pediatrician.)
Apparently it agrees with him, because he has been smiling, a lot!! Even our photographer noticed when she came out to the house yesterday to capture some images with the babies.

Overall - we've been adjusting to life with two little ones, and so far, so good. Elizabeth loves him so much, and has been incredibly sweet and gentle with him (she's not always so happy with US! But she loves her brother).
We have a new rythm, not much sleep, but coffee helps! And our amazing Sunday School class friends have signed up to bring us meals for a month - amazing!! That definitely helps us ease into this new life!! Thank you, thank you!!
We are so thrilled to have this new little guy in our lives.
