She's on the move!!

Elizabeth is officially 'on the move,' walking farther and farther each day. We guesstimate that she can go about 10-11 feet in distance at one time.

And at one point yesterday, she almost looked like she was running, with her hands outstretched before her. More than usual though, her modus operandi is to grab a small toy while she is sitting, and then slowly rise, still holding toy, and then to walk, with a huge grin on her face.

She is so excited to be walking!!

I think she is so excited, that lately she hasn't been wanting to sleep through the night any more (or nap!??!)....she just wants to move and groove, apparently! She isn't too fond of her crib these days, because it keeps her from all sorts of wild adventures.

Elizabeth is also loving her books these days. The new favorite is "Pat the Bunny," and some other pop-up board books. She also loves a puffy book called 'Big and Little,' where she can remove the 'big house,' and see a little house inside, etc.

And, she continues to dance and groove, every time she hears a song come on. It could be a song on the radio, or a TV commercial, but she starts swaying, and shaking her little booty.
